Returns & Exchanges

At Jackery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
